We have a variety of classes that are tailored and structured to suit all needs. A majority of our classes incorporate both strength and cardio training methods to deliver a well rounded training regime. All classes are suitable for beginner to elite level athletes.
Train One on One
Transform your fitness with Head Trainer, Eddie Le Gallant. One on one you will work with Eddie to take your fitness in the direction you want to. With years of professional industry-level experience, you can be sure that your health & fitness is in the right hands.
Our Classes
We run 45 minutes every morning & night starting at 6am and 5.45pm. Monday, Wednesday and Friday are all about strength and Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday will test your stamina with our HIIT based program. Head trainer Eddie will ensure your fitness capabilities are catered for to ensure you leave feeling satisfied and accomplished. It’s our job to make you feel comfortable while still pushing you towards a fitter and healthier way of life.
