Each week, workouts will become progressively harder to meet your development and progress over the course of the program. Virtual PT

Unable to make it to the gym, but seeking an individualised and tailored program. Train with head trainer Eddie via Virtual PT. Virtual PT can be done at a time that suits you, from any location in the world. No equipment? No worries!
